Chatham Ark Royal took one step closer to second position with a 9,1 win over Anchorians 3. Mark  Buckley picked up his customary maximum and was supported by Martin Birley who also went unbeaten. The Chatham captain has arguably flattered to deceive in previous campaigns, but this season has been outstanding and now has the high percentage his talent deserves. Stuart Fritter has also been instrumental in Chatham's excellent performance and he picked up a brace, going down to the awkward Jeff Norman.
