Russell Bates and Dave McAulay both picked up three leg  maximums. They were supported by veteran Dennis McConkey who defeated Colin Swan in four legs  for his lone win. Mike Kemlo defeated Dennis 11,7 in the fifth leg and Paul Sidders blasted his way to a three leg victory for Cliff's two points. Russell Bates and Skippy kept up their unbeaten record in the doubles to secure a 8,2 victory
