This match between two teams in the wrong half of the table proved to be a thrilling and well fought affair with no fewer than four players getting two and one player finishing with none, but a really unlucky none.  For Furious Lennon McLorg got two,only losing to Keith Adams and Malcolm Kay also got two losing to Brendon Moodley.  For Rainham 5 Keith only lost to Malcolm and Brendon lost to Lennon.  In the battle between the two players not to get two Bob Mahon of Rainham beat Jack Jordan who had earlier taken Keith Adams all the way in a 22-20,5-11,16-14,6-11,8-11 loss.  Jack had a bit of revenge in the doubles when partnering Malcolm to a five set win over Keith and Bob.  Furious are 10th and Rainham 8th.
