At 6-0 down things were looking very bad for Gannet but then Noel Arasaratnam decided to break his duck and gained his first ever win in the league by beating Steve Hayes.  Roger Chipperfield then joined in and beat Bob Mahon having just lost his other two games very close in five setters, but Liu Yun Guo couldn't continue the good work but did partner Roger to the doubles in four.  For Rainham Keith Chamberlain won two and Steve and Bob two apiece.  Rainham are 8th and Gannet 10th.
