When top meet bottom only one result is likely-and so it turned out.  But Upnor fought all the way and both Joanna Lam and Peter Edwards can consider themselves unlucky not to have more to show as they both lost a game in the 5th set- Joanna to Lewis Browning and Peter to Michael Leonard.  Phil Marchant was the star however in not dropping a set.  Lewis won his three and Michael two.  Spencer Webb lost three but did take Lewis to a 4th set and Lewis and Michael won the doubles in three.
