After 15 straight wins, Div 1 leaders Parkwood were held to a draw by Sturdee 2 and had to win the Doubles to avoid defeat. Nick Stokes for the 2nd time this season won all 3 against Parkwood but he was made to go  the distance by both Ross Childs and Vince Spicer. Childs won his other 2 games against Mehdi Golchehreh and Neil Tydeman and all other players on duty shared out the wins with one each. Vince came back from 2 legs down to defeat Tydeman and just failed to do the same in his game against Stokes.
