Bottom side Chatham Dorset fielded 2 players stepping up from Div 2 so were up against it for this week's match against the much more experienced Parkwood team. The  Wood trio of Vince Spicer, Dave Hopkins and Ross Childs were in mean form with only Childs dropping a leg to Min Jie Guo. Dorset must have thought they would stop the whitewash when  Min and Luke Barnard took a 2-0 leg lead in the Doubles only for Spicer/Hopkins to stage a comeback and complete the 10-0 scoreline.
